Booking & Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Butterfly Beauty. It is reserved especially for you, but we also understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.


STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting ist miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, the following Cancellation Fees will apply:


SINGLE TREATMENT – If not cancelled 24 hours with advance notice will result in a charge equal to 50% for the reserved treatment.


MULTIPLE SERVICES – If not cancelled 24 hours with advance notice will result in a charge equal to 50% for the reserved treatments. NO SHOWS –will be charged 100% for the reserved treatment.


TREATMENTS OVER 2 HOURS - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance for any treatment lasting over 2 hours.


GROUP BOOKINGS – For group bookings, a credit/debit card will be required for a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Cancellation within 48 hours of the group booking appointment will be charged in full for the scheduled services.


The Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus providing a better service for everyone.


Butterfly Beauty policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.



CONFIRMATION EMAILS OR MOBILE TEXT


At the time of booking, we will request or confirm your email and/or phone number in order that we may contact you in relation to your appointments. As a courtesy, we will EMAIL or TEXT you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the Cancellation Fee.



PERSONAL DATA HELD BY BUTTERFLY BEAUTY


We will keep a record of your email and/or phone number solely for the purpose of contacting you in relation to your appointments and the service(s) you purchase from Butterfly Beauty.


We will never share your personal details with other third parties.
